FAQ

Product Fit & Measurement

Q: How can I ensure the best fit when choosing a product?

A: We offer comprehensive sizing information for each product on our website. To find your best fit, measure your favourite clothing that fits well and compare these measurements with our size chart. If you find yourself between sizes, opt for a size up for a looser fit or down for a tighter fit.

Shrinkage After Wash

Q: Will my item shrink after washing?

A: Many of our garments are made with pre-shrunk fabrics to minimise shrinking. However, natural fibres like cotton may still shrink slightly. To maintain the fit and structure of your item, please adhere to the care instructions provided with each piece.

Colour Run In Wash

Q: Will the colours fade or run in the wash?

A: We use high-quality, colourfast dyes to reduce fading and colour run. To keep your items looking vibrant, wash them in cold water with similar colours and steer clear of harsh chemicals or bleach. Following these care tips will help retain the garment's original colours.

Material Care

Q: How should I care for my new clothing item?

A: Each product comes with specific care guidelines tailored for the material used. As a general rule, delicate fabrics should be washed on a gentle cycle and air-dried, while sturdier fabrics may be safe for machine drying. Always refer to the care label for best results.

Photo Colour Accuracy

Q: Will the colour on the photo match the item I receive?

A: We work hard to provide accurate representations of colours in our images. However, differences in device screens and lighting conditions can affect how colours appear. For the most accurate match, refer to the colour name in the product description, and don't hesitate to contact us with any specific colour enquiries.

Detailed Product Descriptions

Q: How accurate are the product descriptions?

A: Our product descriptions are designed to offer a thorough insight into the fabric, design features, and details of each item. We include close-up images to showcase textures, stitching, and distinctive characteristics to aid your decision-making process

Product Detailing
